About the role
We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to coordinate software, infrastructure, and digital transformation deliveries for clients across different industries. You'll be the link between internal technical teams, partners, and stakeholders — ensuring complex projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality.
What you'll do
- Manage schedules and milestones for digital projects (software development, cloud, mobile apps)
- Coordinate partners, vendors, and internal engineering teams throughout the full project lifecycle
- Produce executive status reports and tracking dashboards for clients and stakeholders
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks before they impact deliveries
- Ensure alignment of scope, timeline, and budget across all fronts
- Facilitate project ceremonies (kick-off, status meetings, retrospectives)
What we expect from you
- 4+ years of experience in technology project management
- Ability to communicate technical and business decisions to different audiences — from developers to C-levels
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion, or similar)
- Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to adapt the process to the project context
- Intermediate/advanced English for projects with international partners and clients
Nice to have
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification
- Experience with cloud migration, SaaS product, or mobile app projects
- Familiarity with contract management, SLAs, and vendor negotiation
